We had no worries in the world when we were young. As I say young meaning 15 to 20s , now think back we really didn't have Facebook , twitter, internet per say. We just had our friend, family and then them annoying girls that pick on you. didn't matter what, your hair, your glasses, your weight too fat too skinny.Funny cloths But we just went on with life! Yes we had TV or the newspaper to follow the newest Fab going!Back then it didn't really seem to be the big thing about keeping healthy and stay healthyreally the big thing was couldn't wait to move out from parent,
see the world and get married!

But when I was younger I didn't think it was that important and if I gain some I lose some !
Boy was I Wrong !!!
now a days I here some disturbing news about the influence on kids
they are on kid's cases early ,heck at kindergarten now, eat health,
This you can eat and this you can't eat!

I agree to some of it but something I think people have taken it too far!

I am tired of being overweight and unhealthy
So I need to start somewhere!
What about you?
-1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
-3 tbsp. of apple cider vinegar
-3 tbsp. of apple cider vinegar
-1 tablespoon of honey if you can
raw honey (now if you don’t like honey or allergies you can substitute with- 2 tbsp. of grade B organic
maple syrup)
-1/2 tsp of freshly ground black
pepper
-3 tbsp. of fresh lemon juice, or Juice of half a lemon
-3 tbsp. of fresh lemon juice, or Juice of half a lemon
- A half a lemon with rind (chop
with blender till well mixed)
-8 ounces of fresh water
-8 ounces of fresh water
On the
risker side optional is to change out Black pepper for
-1/2 tsp. of cayenne pepper
This is two different drinks
methods that you will drink in a day very easy to follow!
#1 Drink – ingredients Hot or cold –
on an empty stomach
-1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
-1 tablespoon of honey if you can
raw honey
-2 tbsp. of fresh lemon juice, or Juice
from a half a lemon
-8 ounces of fresh water
-8 ounces of fresh water
This drink should be taken 3 times a
day or more if you like on an empty Stomach (morning, early afternoon
and two hours before bed)
# 2 Drink -ingredients hot or cold –
any heavy meals
-1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
-3 tbsp. of apple cider vinegar
-1/2 tsp of freshly ground black
pepper
-1 tablespoon of honey if you can
raw honey
- a half a lemon with rind (
blender )
-8 ounces of fresh water
-8 ounces of fresh water
Recommend taken after or during a meal, this simple delicious tonic is
an effective for digestive system.
