How to Lose Weight Naturally & Healthy

Or to tell you to buy into a diet program that don’t work!

I am tired of being overweight and unhealthy
So I need to start somewhere!
What about you?   

You will need…

-1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
-3 tbsp. of apple cider vinegar

-1 tablespoon of honey if you can raw honey (now if you don’t like honey or allergies you can    substitute with- 2 tbsp. of grade B organic maple syrup)
-1/2 tsp of freshly ground black pepper
-3 tbsp. of fresh lemon juice, or Juice of half a lemon
- A half a lemon with rind (chop with blender till well mixed)
-8 ounces of fresh water
On the risker side optional is to change out Black pepper for
-1/2 tsp. of cayenne pepper

This is two different drinks methods that you will drink in a day very easy to follow!  

#1 Drink – ingredients Hot or cold – on an empty stomach
-1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
-1 tablespoon of honey if you can raw honey
-2 tbsp. of fresh lemon juice, or Juice from a half a lemon
-8 ounces of fresh water
This drink should be taken 3 times a day or more if you like   on an empty Stomach (morning, early afternoon and two hours before bed)


# 2 Drink -ingredients hot or cold – any heavy meals  
-1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
-3 tbsp. of apple cider vinegar
-1/2 tsp of freshly ground black pepper
-1 tablespoon of honey if you can raw honey
- a half a lemon with rind ( blender  )
-8 ounces of fresh water
  Recommend taken after or during a meal, this simple delicious tonic is an effective for digestive system.

Directions
This Drink recipe # 1 speeds up body metabolism. Best to be taken first thing in the morning. (Avoid taking cinnamon before bedtime as some have complained about restless sleep.)  Awake-up drink once in the morning on an empty stomach. Steep for 35 minutes before straining.
Drink recipe # 2 commonly taken after or during a big and oily meal, this simple delicious tonic is an effective digestive and detox tonic. And of course, in every successful weight loss program, do bear in mind those principles such as forming healthy eating habits and diets, and keeping to a regular exercise  Steep for 35 minutes before straining.

Several new studies have shown that piperine can interfere with the genes that control the generation of fat cells, as well as reducing fat levels in the blood stream and enhancing the absorption of nutrients from our foods. Lemon juice can help aid in digestion and give your G.I. track a helping hand when it comes to breaking down foods. Now honey can be taken for better digestion. Honey is a simple carbohydrate that one safely take during fasting because it contains easily digested sugars. Foods that are rich in sugars or complexes of sugars are carbohydrates. How the sugars are arranged will determine whether we call a food a source of simple or complex carbohydrates. When sugars are bound into rows, as they are in starches such as whole grains and legumes, they are called complex carbohydrates. It takes the body much longer to digest the sugar from a complex carbohydrate.
The latest theory based on the hibernation diet also builds a link between fructose-rich honey and weight loss. It suggests taking a generous spoonful or two of honey at night, either as a warm drink or straight from the jar, and promises to help us sleep and lose weight at the same time by fuelling the liver, speeding up fat-burning metabolism and easing stress hormones.
