I am tired of being overweight and unhealthy
So I need to start somewhere!
What about you?
-1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
-3 tbsp. of apple cider vinegar
-3 tbsp. of apple cider vinegar
-1 tablespoon of honey if you can
raw honey (now if you don’t like honey or allergies you can substitute with- 2 tbsp. of grade B organic
maple syrup)
-1/2 tsp of freshly ground black
pepper
-3 tbsp. of fresh lemon juice, or Juice of half a lemon
-3 tbsp. of fresh lemon juice, or Juice of half a lemon
- A half a lemon with rind (chop
with blender till well mixed)
-8 ounces of fresh water
-8 ounces of fresh water
On the
risker side optional is to change out Black pepper for
-1/2 tsp. of cayenne pepper
This is two different drinks
methods that you will drink in a day very easy to follow!
#1 Drink – ingredients Hot or cold –
on an empty stomach
-1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
-1 tablespoon of honey if you can
raw honey
-2 tbsp. of fresh lemon juice, or Juice
from a half a lemon
-8 ounces of fresh water
-8 ounces of fresh water
This drink should be taken 3 times a
day or more if you like on an empty Stomach (morning, early afternoon
and two hours before bed)
# 2 Drink -ingredients hot or cold –
any heavy meals
-1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
-3 tbsp. of apple cider vinegar
-1/2 tsp of freshly ground black
pepper
-1 tablespoon of honey if you can
raw honey
- a half a lemon with rind (
blender )
-8 ounces of fresh water
-8 ounces of fresh water
Recommend taken after or during a meal, this simple delicious tonic is
an effective for digestive system.
This Drink recipe # 1 speeds up body metabolism. Best to be taken first thing in the morning. (Avoid taking cinnamon before bedtime as some have complained about restless sleep.) Awake-up drink once in the morning on an empty stomach. Steep for 35 minutes before straining.
